    In the past three months, I have had checks delayed by 2 weeks in getting to their recipient. Even more disturbing are those three checks that have disappeared and never shown up at their destination, nor were returned. I have been sent nasty letters from creditors, when I in good faith wrote and mailed checks on time, but since they were never delivered it looks bad.   • Usps never sent reply letter after filing complaint online



    I recently contacted usps regarding an issue with a package intercept that I was charged for yet it NEVER happened. I gave them the package tracking #, my usps order # and the tracking # for my intercept order also. After trying for 4 hours to speak to a rep I finally got through, they took my info quickly, said Id hear from them by email promptly, right that never happened either.     Screw you usps. "Lost" my order at a different address with the same numbers. Went over to that address and wasn't even there.     If you have a package that is going to be mailed with USPS, forget it! Worst decision you'll ever make! It has taken 2 weeks so far and I still haven't gotten my order.     I hope no one lives in Inglewood and have there mail sent here because they are HORRIBLE!!! They lost my package and asked me if I had insurance on it when it was some clothes ordered from a store,like during checkout it didn't state if I would like insurance on the order!   • USPS has the worst webstie and customer service!



    My medication was shipped from CA by USPS. It shows the delivery date as yesterday, yet the last tracking shows it in transit from West Coast to East Coast today, so I probably won't get it for two days. I needed the medication today (7 days from ordering) so I tried to call the USPS to find out where pkg is right now.     Recently I was lucky enough to meet one of the most ignorant carriers ever. Back in March my postal carrier was greeted by my dog as he was being let out to do his business.(I have 2 well tempered well trained dogs.)     We were having a packed delivered to our house from family out of state. The packed was marked as undeliverable at our post office on Saturday we found out once they closed so we were stuck until Monday to call and see if we can go pick up.     I went to the 11703 Beechnut Street Houston location April 27th and brought something to be shipped. The Teller told me my price and told me I would have to pay extra for the box and tape.     I sent an order through USPS from Houston to New York. The expected delivery date was 06/03/2015 but the package didn't even leave Houston until Wednesday 11/03/2015. The most annoying part is that they blamed the delay on snow which is the lamest excuse ever.     I ordered an item and paid for 2 Day Priority Service. Now on day 4 after the package was picked up by USPS the package has been misrouted.   • My package was supposed to go to Des Moines, not Staten Island.



    Ok, so I sent a package to Des Moines on Feb. 10, 2015, in hopes that it would be delivered by Feb. 14, 2015. Turns out there was a minor error in the zip code so it was sent to Staten Island.     I legitimately dread knowing that a package I'm looking forward to receiving is being carried by USPS. Not once have I ever gotten a package on time.     I sent a package to WY and from Indiana was told I could pay 17 to get delivery of Tuesday or 24 to get delivery on tuesday my package was not dilivered ad was taken back to the postoffice because it couldnt fit in the box.     I frequently use this office but unless something is done, I will have to change office and this will be difficult. The problem is that there is a female worker there that has an extremely foul mouth. When you are in the building you can easily hear her.     They marked my package as shipped on the tracking. So I went and checked my mail box, and it wasn't there, just a bunch of junk mail. So I decided to go back a few hours later, still not there.     The past few months the USPS driver has been too lazy to walk up to my door to deliver a package, and has instead been leaving the cards in my box.     I purchased two day shipping envelopes that stated "If it fits, it ships" but apparently that was a lie.
