Cannot be delivered as addressed, followed up by terrible customer service. - Legend of Zelda Cosplay Boots

I ordered these boots for my Link cosplay at Comic Con which takes place last week. I believe the order was sent in around TWO months ago and I remember seeing that it was estimated shipping of 14-15 business days so at the time I wasn't worried. Well it's been much longer now and a few days ago I looked up the tracking number and it said it had made it to federal way, so I figured it would arrive shortly. The next day I look and I see it was shipped at a nearby postal office and didn't make it due to "not being deliverable as addressed". I figure that means there's something wrong with the address, however I ordered a couple of different Cosplay related items from Etsy using the same address and they all showed without any issue.

So last night it was getting late so I sent in an email about the subject. This morning I followed up by calling USPS customer service which was a 25 minute wait, and this incredibly rude, condescending woman answered and basically told me that I sent in an email last night and I had to wait for a reply. I asked why I couldn't be more direct and get the problem sorted out over phone instead of waiting for an email, because with the event being next week I don't want to wait 2-3 entire business days just for a reply. It was no help at all, again, told I need to wait it out.

Being unsatisfied with that attempt I looked up the nearest USPS office to my old home where I figured my package would be waiting, and the moment she asked if I had a tracking number and I said yes I was transferred immediately. The woman who transferred me was the only one who spoke close to fluent English.. The next lady hardly spoke it at all and kept interrupting me as I tried to reply to her questions, thankfully a few minutes later she gathered my contact info so that she could have the carrier call me.

I'm greatly hoping that I will receive a call and have this all sorted out. Seeing as how my previous purchases had no issues being delivered I'm greatly confused as to what the problem is suddenly.
