Ignorant USPS employees. - Carrier Ignorance

Recently I was lucky enough to meet one of the most ignorant carriers ever.

Back in March my postal carrier was greeted by my dog as he was being let out to do his business.(I have 2 well tempered well trained dogs.) The only reason that he was allowed to do this is because I did not know the person was there. When I did realize what was going on it took only one verbal command to bring him back to the porch where he sat. I then went to the carrier to apologize, assure them the dog was not threat, and to get the mail from her. (You would think that a dog that listens on one command would show his temper) That is when I was told I was not going to get mail if I did not obey her command. Yes, I am serious. I was ordered by this person to lock up my dogs or I would not get mail. They said this in a yelling and aggressive manner. At no time was it said "I am sorry I need to put the mail in the box can you please lock the dogs up so I may do my job". When I finally had a supervisor come out things got worse. Two men arrived in an unmarked truck with no uniforms. When asked if they had ID they said they did but never took it out. Then one of the 2 men got in my face and started yelling at me like a man protecting a spouse, not as a supervisor trying to resolve an issue.
So now many months later nothing has changed. Added now the carrier has decided to destroy the garden my wife has had for over 10 yrs. You can not keep them away from the garden by greeting them with hand out for mail as they must put in your box. At the same time they can hand mail to children or other people they dont know when they decide they want to. When I have taken direct approach dealing with this through the USPS they have decided that what she is doing is not against there rules. Apparently you should make sure that your front lawn is clear for them to trample. Also dont put a garden in the path of the carrier. It is your home but the USPS can do what they like and you have no recourse.
You can tell by this post that I am not going to stop until this situation is dealt with. There are many fine employees with the USPS. The sad thing is there are equal or more that need to learn there place. You can not destroy property to get your job done.
I was told that I could put my box out to the road but then I am told they walk across your lawn to save time. So I put the box at the road will solve nothing.
I hope that venting here will bring some serious attention to this. It is my belief that since the USPS was allowed to go private they have an attitude of we can do what we want.
It is my intention to put the spotlight on the Tulsa 74112 branch of the USPS. They will at some point be forced to take action. Does not matter to me how far I take this.
