USPS misrouted package


I paid for priority shipping to get this package fast. USPS delivered it to the wrong address about 12 miles from the actual address. There it sat for over 48 hrs. before it got picked up again and taken back to the hub (22 miles away) instead just delivering it the 12 mi down the road. Now it's been sitting again at the hub waiting for re-routing for the last 36 hrs. This is what I get for my $6 plus??? When you call the USPS 800 number you get a computer. When you try to send them an email you have to give your address only to time and time again being told that it's not a valid address. What the F????? The rates are going up as the service is going down. Delivering a package to the correct address is not rocket science for Gods sake! Anywhere else you get a rate reduction, refund or at least an apology for lousy service rendered......USPS SUCKS!!!!!
