I was expecting an express mail, but never received. I constantly checked Track&Confirm online and waited at home. So far, NO delivery ("notice left" in the tracking system is a lie!!) even though I submitted online request for delivery twice, talked to a postman in person, and called the local office several times. When i talked to the man in the office for the 3rd time, he finally promised me to deliver the item on Sat. But he didn't. When i called the office again, they said they didn't have the item anymore (they don't know where it went even though i was a signature required express item). It was online shopping which i spent $200. I spend $$ for nothing..... Guess what? this is not the first time. Every single express mail I was expecting to receive before had similar problems. very unprofessional.

I had the same issue. My parents sent time sensitive items from KOREA. For the third time, my father called to let me know that package was here since Friday (January 7, 2011). I worked from home on Friday and stayed at home all day long on Saturday. The package was never delivered to me. No notification was left. Now we have winter storm and USPS is closed. When I talked the manager, he told me that probably tow days later but was not sure. He simply told me that he did not know what had happened; therefore, he could not help. I was told to come get it. I am afraid to drive on ice with my two-year-old girl. So basically, the things my mother made for her dear son-in-law and granddaughter will be completely spoiled. And over $800 will be wasted. This is the third time, the third time since Spring of 2010. If they had at least left notification, I would have come and get it last Sturday before the winter storm and stuck at home for days... USPS is just terrible!!
