i was getting email notification a package was delivered; but when i checked the postcode of the delivered address, i found it was my old address. ( i submitted change of address half year ago and only this one sent to wrong address ). then i called USPS customer service and got a ticket no. CA124343619.
it has been over one week and i did not get any response from USPS yet.
please help
