Cannot reach anyone at USPS.. - priority mail package


There is a package of mine that has been in the same location for four days. Nowhere near my home. It had priority shipping on it, should have been 2 days. When attempting to reach someone at customer service to get a real answer and speak to a live human being, the automated system hung up on me three times saying I could find answers online.

I tried to use the live chat system online as well, but instead of putting me in a queue, the window that pops up tells me they are all busy to try again later. This is all unacceptable. I know that my package is not guaranteed for 2 days, but it should not be in the same place for four days either. It should not be an act of congress to get an answer from the postal service. It is amazing (but not surprising) to me that private businesses have a better customer service line and website than our own federal government. You would think it would be a cinch, but apparently I am wrong. SO frustrated and infuriated that a package only 400 miles away from my residence has not been delivered yet.
